I graduated from Basel University and was admitted to the bar in 2002. From 2002-2006, I gained my experience working as a clerk at the district court of Liestal and was working as a forensic lawyer in a law firm in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft. In 2006, I went private and became partner of a mid sized, well-known law firm in Basel-Stadt, mainly focusing on corporate law. Since June 2012, I am fully independent and the Managing Director of my own law firm.

People say persistency and endurance are some of my core competences. In every case, there is also an aspect of social responsibility involved, and this is why I sometimes take on representations in criminal cases for clients who can’t really afford it.

My services are offered in German, English, French and Italian.
In my spare time I mainly do endurance sports and I quite frequently play tennis. Since 2002, I’m the founding-member, president and active player of unseriliga.ch, the first and only independent football-league in Basel.
